September opens eight modules inside the same workspace: Auto DM, Bio, CRM, bookings, quotes and invoices, tasks with chat and Drive, monthly reports and the Claude and ChatGPT door. Two older things also moved: approvals now resolve on a single yes, and the interface reads in English as well as Spanish.
The eight modules, in one table
Eight openings in a month do not read well as prose, so the list comes first and the reasoning after it. Everything here is open in the application today, and what any given workspace sees depends on which features its plan has switched on.
| Module | What it opens | Who can hold it |
|---|---|---|
| Auto DM | A keyword in a comment fires the private message | Both workspace kinds |
| Bio | A link page per brand, with every click counted | Both workspace kinds |
| CRM | Deals, contacts and meetings next to the brands | Agency workspaces |
| Bookings | Two way Google Calendar and a booking link | Agency workspaces |
| Quotes and invoices | Briefs, quotes, contracts and invoices on your own series | Agency workspaces |
| Tasks, chat and Drive | The team work, the conversations and the files | Drive everywhere; tasks and chat in agency and on the top creator plan |
| Reports | The monthly PDF report that sends itself | Agency workspaces |
| Claude and ChatGPT | A door your assistant acts through, on your permissions | Both workspace kinds |
The right hand column is the one that raises questions, because not every module reaches every profile. A creator, or a business running its own marketing, has no third party clients with a registered company name to invoice and no portal to give them access to, so the CRM, the bookings calendar, the commercial circuit and the monthly report live in agency workspaces only. Everything else is in both kinds. Since late September 2026 companies use the Creator plans: team, chat, tasks and approval come with the creator plan built for a team.
One distinction is worth pulling apart, because it usually gets squashed into a single sentence. Per network analytics are for everybody. The monthly PDF report that goes out on its own is a different thing, and only that second one is agency only.
Growth: one keyword, and a page per brand
Auto DM ties a rule to one specific post on a connected Instagram or Facebook account. When somebody writes the keyword you chose, a private message goes out carrying a short link minted for that one send, and two optional steps fit in between: asking for a follow and asking for an email address. The three triggers and the limits on each are in the Auto DM note.
Bio gives every brand in the workspace its own link page, served by this public site rather than by the application, with sixteen templates, video and music playing inside the page, and a click count on every link from day one. It is the one surface in the whole product that wants to be indexed, and it is covered in the Bio note.
Both carry the same idea, which is the one running through the whole month. The piece that catches somebody's attention and the place you send them next stop living in two separate tools, with two invoices, two dashboards and no number that reconciles between them.
Business: CRM, bookings and the commercial circuit
The CRM moves into the same workspace as the content, with deals, contacts and meetings sitting next to the brands you already run. There is no CSV import in the interface. The Claude and ChatGPT connection does carry a bulk import, and that is the route today for bringing a whole book of contacts across in one go.
The bookings calendar syncs with Google Calendar in both directions, creates the meeting with its Google Meet link, and publishes a booking page somebody opens without an account. There is no Outlook, no iCloud and no Zoom, and saying so early saves a disappointment halfway through a migration.
The commercial circuit opens whole: briefs with 15 field types, quotes with a public link that records when it was opened, contracts with line items, and invoices on your own number series with eight VAT regimes and IRPF withholding, the Spanish value added tax and the income tax retention an invoice to a Spanish company carries. Two clarifications worth having early. The quote link is read only: the client opens it, you see when, and somebody on your team marks it accepted. And there is no electronic signature here; the contract comes out as a PDF with your line items and is signed outside.
Team, reports and the AI door
Drive folders are in both workspace kinds. Tasks and team chat reach agency workspaces and the top creator plan, which is where a team sits on the other side, and written procedures are an agency feature. What does not exist is a public link to a folder: the client reaches their files by signing into their portal, and that is the only route in.
The monthly PDF report sends itself with the metrics of each brand's connected accounts, and its mode is chosen per brand rather than applied identically across a whole book of clients. Per network analytics, meanwhile, stay where they were and everybody has them.
The Claude and ChatGPT connection is a door, not an assistant. Your assistant enters the workspace as one more member and does exactly what the permissions of whoever connected it allow, and nothing beyond that. Nothing is written for you here: there is no text generation and no image generation anywhere in the product, and the door is the proof of it, because the thing doing the writing is the assistant you already pay for. Which areas it reaches is in the AI connection note.
What moved
Four changes this month open nothing new and move something that was already there, which is usually the part hardest to find in a list of releases.
- Approvals resolve on a single yes. With approvals switched on for a client, the post waits for one approval: somebody on your team from the application, or the client from their portal, whichever arrives first and with no order between them. A creator workspace has no client on the other side: on the creator plan with a team it can switch on approval before publishing, and each post then waits for one teammate's yes.
- Ads stop being an agency thing. The module for campaigns and performance across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest is now in both profiles, on the second tier of each ladder.
- Auto Repost is a module. A workflow carries a publication from one account to a different account, once, with a delivery log and a written reason on every item it skips. There is no recycling queue and nothing is rewritten for you.
- Branding is agency only again. Your palette, your logo and your name on the portal, on the emails and on the documents left the business column.
Everything in this article happens in one place in GoFeed.
Try it freeThe trial, the plans and what happens if you stop paying
The trial runs 14 days. The card is taken at sign up and nothing is charged until day 15, and it can be cancelled before then. During those days the workspace runs on whichever plan you pick in the wizard, with that plan's modules and ceilings.
There is no free plan here, and it is better read now than discovered on day 15. A workspace whose trial ends unpaid, or whose subscription lapses past the grace period, is locked whole: it turns read only, its connected accounts are released and its scheduled posts are cancelled. The data, the history, the invoices, the tasks, the inbox and the reports stay, and become editable again the day it is paid. The files do not: fourteen days after the lock the Drive and the media library are purged, with a warning letter three days before and another the day before. It is not a free floor, and calling it one would be a lie.
There are five quotas, counted per workspace rather than per seat, and only one of them is soft: the contacts of the message automation, where nothing stops at the ceiling and the excess is billed per contact. What each tier holds is on the pricing page, which renders the live catalogue.
The product now reads in English
The interface is available in English as well as Spanish, and the language is a preference of each person rather than of the workspace. That means an agency with one account manager in Madrid and another in London does not have to choose: each member sees the product in their own language, in the same workspace and over the same data.
This site is bilingual too, with its own addresses in each language rather than a translation hanging off the same URL. The guides, the comparisons and these launch notes are written in both, not half translated into one.
What is being built is a separate page
This page collects what is open and nothing else, which is the only way a list of releases is any use. What is on the bench, together with the list of things we have decided never to build, is on the roadmap, with no dates beside it, because a date on a roadmap is a promise nobody asked for.
Each of the eight modules also has a note of its own, longer than the paragraph it got here and with the specific questions answered at the end. This summary comes back every month, with what opened, what moved and what got fixed.
