Provider details
The provider of the service is Publiqo Media, S.L., tax number B93820306, registered at Avenida de les Marines 36, bloque C, escalera A, planta 2, puerta 3, 08195 Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona), Spain, and filed with the Registro Mercantil de Barcelona. GoFeed is the trading name it provides the service under.
You can reach us at support@gofeedapp.com.
Subject and scope
These terms govern access to and use of GoFeed, an online platform for planning, approving and publishing content on social networks, and for managing the work that surrounds that activity.
By creating an account you accept these terms. If you accept them on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and in that case "you" means that organisation.
The service is aimed at professionals and businesses. It is not intended for minors or for use outside a professional activity.
Sign-up, account and workspace
To use the service you need an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us and for keeping them up to date.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity carried out from your account. If you notice unauthorised use, tell us as soon as you can.
The owner of a workspace can invite team members and clients and set the role each of them gets. Whoever invites is answerable for the use made by the people they let in, and decides at all times what each of them can see.
Free trial
Sign-up includes a trial period on the plan you choose when you sign up, lasting for what is stated at that moment. We ask for a card to start it; nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then at no cost. During the trial you have the features and the limits of that plan. There is no free plan.
If the trial ends and you do not continue on a plan, the account is locked in read only mode: the connected accounts are released, the scheduled posts are cancelled, and you can go on consulting your content but cannot create or change anything. You can subscribe to a plan at any time.
Once fourteen days of continuous lock have passed, we permanently delete the files stored in that workspace Drive, the file area of the platform, its bin included, and in its post media library, after notice by email. That is the period we apply by default, without prejudice to our applying a different one and telling you. The rest of your content is kept: the workspace, its members, your client records, the tasks, the chat, the calendar and the documents you have issued.
Subscribing to a plan gives you your access back, but the cancelled posts are not restored, nor are the files already deleted, and you will have to connect your accounts again.
A plan may also include a trial period at the time you subscribe to it. In that case, when it ends the subscription continues on that plan and the first payment is charged, unless you cancel first; you can cancel at any point during that trial and nothing will be charged.
Plans, prices and taxes
The service is taken as a recurring subscription to one of the published plans. Each plan sets out the features and limits it includes, and add-ons can be taken alongside it.
Prices are those published at the time you subscribe and include any applicable VAT. The amount is the same whatever your tax position: where Spanish VAT applies, the invoice breaks it out; where it does not, under reverse charge or as not subject, the invoice says so and carries no VAT.
We may change prices. A price change does not affect a period already invoiced, and we will tell you far enough in advance that you can cancel before it takes effect.
Invoicing, payment and non-payment
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. Payment is taken through Stripe using the payment method you registered, and the corresponding invoice is made available to you.
If a payment cannot be completed, it is retried and we let you know. From that point a grace period opens during which the account stays usable so that you can settle. That period is fourteen days by default, without prejudice to our applying a different one and telling you.
If payment is still outstanding once the grace period has passed, the account is locked on the same terms as a trial that ended without a subscription, including the permanent deletion of the files in the Drive and in the post media library once fourteen days of continuous lock have passed. Access returns once the debt is settled; the cancelled posts and the files already deleted are not restored.
You can cancel the subscription whenever you want. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and does not give a right to a refund of the unused part of that period, unless the applicable law says otherwise.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service in line with the law, with these terms, and with the terms of the social networks and third party services you connect.
The following is not allowed: publishing unlawful or defamatory content or content that infringes the rights of others; sending unsolicited communications or bulk messages that breach the policies of the destination network; attempting to reach workspaces or data that are not yours; interfering with the running of the service, probing it or circumventing its limits; and reselling access to the service without our authorisation.
If a use breaches these rules and causes harm or an immediate risk, we may suspend access while we look into it, and we will tell you.
Content and third party accounts
The content you upload stays yours. You grant us only the licence needed to host it, process it and publish it where you tell us to, for the purpose of providing the service, and that licence ends when the content is deleted.
You are responsible for holding the rights you need over the content you upload and publish, including image rights and the intellectual property of any third party appearing in it.
When you connect a social account, Google Drive or Google Calendar, you authorise us to act on it within the permissions you grant at that moment and for what you instruct. You can revoke that authorisation whenever you want, from the platform or from the provider. Those are third party services, governed by their own terms, and their availability is not ours to guarantee: if a network changes its API or suspends an account, publishing can fail for reasons outside this service.
Intellectual property
The software, the interface, the GoFeed brand and the documentation belong to the provider or its licensors, and using them transfers no rights to you beyond access to the service for as long as the subscription lasts.
Copying, decompiling, reverse engineering or creating derivative works of the service is not allowed, except to the extent the law mandatorily permits.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service continuously available, but we do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or error. There can be downtime for maintenance, which we will try to announce in advance when it is planned, and downtime for reasons outside our control.
Support is provided by email at support@gofeedapp.com, during business hours, in Spanish or English.
Liability
We are liable for damage arising from a breach on our part in accordance with the law. We are not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, or loss of data you could have avoided with a reasonable copy of your own.
Nor are we liable for failures, changes of terms or suspensions by the third party platforms you connect, or for decisions those platforms take about your accounts or your posts.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it.
None of the above excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, in particular liability for wilful misconduct or for personal injury.
Term, closing your account and deletion of data
The contract lasts for the subscription period taken and renews as described above, until either party ends it.
You can cancel the subscription at any time from the application itself. Cancelling stops the renewal, and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If you also want to close the account and have us delete your data, write to us at support@gofeedapp.com and we will handle it. Before you ask, export anything you want to keep: deletion cannot be undone, other than for what we are legally required to retain, as set out in the privacy policy.
Files you send to the bin are permanently deleted thirty days later. You can restore them during those thirty days; after that, deletion is irreversible.
Some measurement and technical record series also have a maximum period of their own: post metrics are kept for thirteen months from the moment they are captured, and connected account metrics for thirteen months from the day the figure describes; notifications, six months; the opens of the links you share, whether of quotes, invoices or briefs, six months; Auto DM runs, thirteen months, and the links they send, six; auxiliary send counters, seven days; the technical records of webhooks and of background jobs, ninety days, and upload sessions, thirty; and the tool calls of the AI assistant, ninety days. Once past their period, these series are pruned automatically, and that pruning cannot be undone. It does not reach the content you create, posts, files, messages, documents and CRM records, which is kept for as long as the account exists, other than the deletion of files described in the lock clause. The full detail is in the privacy policy, at /en/legal/privacy.
We may terminate the contract if you breach these terms seriously or repeatedly, or if non-payment persists after the grace period, telling you beforehand except where an immediate risk requires acting first.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms when the service or the applicable law changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
If the change is material, we will tell you a reasonable time in advance by email or through a notice in the application. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it takes effect; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept it.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the provider domicile, unless the applicable law mandatorily imposes a different venue, in which case that will apply.
