Which networks does it work on?

Instagram and Facebook, with comments and inbox messages; story replies are Instagram only. And WhatsApp and Telegram, which have no comments, with the messages people send you.

Do I need a rule on every post?

No. A rule can watch one post, every post on the account or the next one you publish, which is the one to pick when the rule is ready before the post is.

Does someone have to follow me to get the link?

Only if you ask for it, and only on Instagram. The follow gate is turned on rule by rule, and the person who answers the message is the one who confirms the follow.

How do I know how many opened the link?

Every send carries its own short link, so the tap is counted per delivery. There are no cookies and nothing that chases the person beyond that link.
