No. Connecting an account means signing in through the network itself and granting GoFeed permission. We never ask for your password and never store one: what is stored is the grant, and you can withdraw it from the network or from here whenever you like.

Being the person who administers it, and the account being of a type the network lets you connect: several platforms only open their API to professional or business profiles, and that is the network’s decision rather than ours. The rest is a button: you sign in through the network, approve the permissions and come back with the account in. The whole team can use it according to their permissions, so nobody has to share a password over chat.

A post is written once and adjusted to what each destination accepts, because a reel is not a carousel and a thread is not a text post. Every network keeps its formats: reels, carousels, stories, shorts, threads or text. The calendar shows what goes out, on which account and at what time, and that view is the same for all fourteen.

Publishing to a profile and advertising from its ad account are two different permissions on almost every platform, so the ads connection is made separately even when the account is the same one. Once it is made, you see campaigns, audiences and performance from five platforms, and ads created on OpenAI, next to what you published that month on those same accounts.

Direct messages and comments from four networks and your Google Business reviews come in as one thread per person rather than one per channel, with the network and the account in front of them. You reply from the same box without opening the network app, and each thread can be assigned to someone on the team, archived once it is closed and saved as a reply for next time.

Followers, reach and engagement are read from the API of each of the six networks. What a network does not publish is not estimated, and every post carries what it actually did. The monthly report gathers a brand’s accounts and goes out to the client by email on the last working day, after you have reviewed it if you want to.

The client portal and the Bio pages stop living at an address of ours and start living at yours, and the emails the client receives come from your mailbox. The domain is verified once. None of these connections is needed to publish.

Permissions expire and platforms change their rules. When an account disconnects, it is flagged, and anything scheduled on it fails at its time with a notice that says why, instead of failing quietly. Reconnecting means signing in to the network again and publishing those posts again from the calendar. The calendar, the history and everything already published stay where they are.
