From the brief
to the invoice
Everything around the work, in the same place as the work: what they ask you for, what you quote, what you both sign and what you get paid.
The path of a job
It starts with a brief
A form with your own questions, sent as a link, or the PDF they already emailed you, stored exactly as it came.
You quote from your catalog
The lines come out of your services. You send the link or the email, and you know when it was opened.
You invoice, you collect, the client sees it
The invoice goes out with its series and its VAT, payments are logged against it, and the client finds it under Payments and invoices in their portal.
What you get
Your series, and corrective invoices apart
One series per document type, with your prefix, your digits and a reset every year. Corrective invoices are numbered in a series of their own, the way Spanish law asks.
Briefs as a form, briefs as a document
Fifteen field types, a link to share and reminders by email. And the brief that reached you as a PDF is uploaded exactly as it is, with no form at all.
Quotes from your catalog
The lines come from your services. They go out by link or by email, and the quote tells you when it was seen.
Contracts, line by line
What you agreed on written out line by line, with the status of the contract in plain sight from the draft until it ends.
The VAT of every transaction, and the withholding
Domestic supply, reverse charge, a service to an EU company under its VAT number, exempt, and IGIC and IPSI for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Plus Spanish income tax withholding, client by client.
Every invoice you issue is chained to the last
Issue it and its fingerprint is computed and linked to the fingerprint of the invoice before it. That chain is what RD 1007/2023, the Spanish anti-fraud invoicing decree behind Verifactu, asks for.
Who it is for
For agencies. It is the part that puts a price on the work and then collects it: quotes to another company, contracts with that company, and invoices with your series and your VAT. Creators and companies do not invoice from GoFeed, so it is not sold to them.
- Agencies
On its way
- VerifactuComing soonVerifactu is the Spanish anti-fraud invoicing regime. The chain of invoices ships today; the QR code printed on each invoice and the filing of every record with the AEAT, the Spanish tax authority, are what is still coming.
Common questions
Can I run several series at once?
Yes. Each document type has its own, with its format and its counter, and you choose which one each invoice uses. Corrective invoices always go in theirs.
Can I charge a fee every month?
Yes. A subscription on your client repeats on its own, and the payment setup is sent to them as a link so they can put it in place themselves.
Does the client see their invoices?
Yes, in the Payments and invoices row of their portal, with every document and everything that has been paid so far.
