A portal
for every client
The client signs in with their own account and sees what is theirs: what needs approving, the calendar, the messages, the files and the invoices. You see it the moment it happens, where you work.
From the invitation email to the portal
You invite the client by email
From Client access you sign up the person you actually talk to. They come in with their own account, not with yours.
Their lead invites their own people
The lead at the client gives the rest of their team access from the Team row, without asking you for it.
They work there and you see it at once
What they approve, what they ask and what they upload turns up in your workspace the same instant. There is no export in between.
What the client sees
Thirteen rows, and each one shows only what belongs to that client.
Overview, Analytics, Campaigns and Calendar
What is happening with their brand: the numbers of the month, what is running and what lands next week.
Approvals and Messages
They approve or ask for changes on the piece the way it is going to be published, and you write to each other in the same place.
Drive and Briefs
Shared folders that work in both directions and the forms every project starts from.
Connections
The client connects their own accounts from their portal. Nobody has to send a password by email.
Contracts, Quotes and Invoices
What you have signed, what is waiting to be accepted and what has been paid, with every document.
Team
The people at the client who have access, managed by the client. You see who comes in and with which permission.
Who it is for
For agencies. The portal exists because there is a company on the other side that is not yours: a creator and a company run their own brands and have nobody to invite, so the module is not sold to them.

Common questions
Do my clients need an account?
Yes. You invite them by email from Client access and they come in with their own account. It is what puts a name on every decision.
Can a client see my other clients?
No. Each portal shows only what belongs to that client: their brands, their pieces, their files and their invoices.
Can the client connect their own networks?
Yes, from the Connections row of their portal. It is the recommended way to connect an account, because nobody has to share credentials with anybody.
