One product, four vocabularies
What changes between the four profiles is what everything is called and which modules are switched on from day one. An agency opens the workspace with clients, approvals and invoices in front of it. A creator opens their brands, their calendar and their Bio page.
That choice is not a marketing label: it decides which fields exist in the workspace and what the people you let in can see. That is why it happens on the first screen of the sign-up and not in a settings panel.
Underneath it is the same social media management software
No profile gets a cut-down version. All four connect fourteen networks by signing in through the network itself, plan from one calendar per brand, close a post with a single yes, answer messages and comments in one inbox, and send the monthly report.
What a profile cannot switch on is what would make no sense for it, and each solution page writes that down by name rather than leaving you to find it as a greyed-out button.
If the accounts are not yours
Agencies and UGC creators share the same underlying problem: many accounts, many opinions, and a week that has to be finished by Friday. This is where social media tools for agencies pile up, until a scheduler, a chat, a shared folder and a spreadsheet are four places to look for one answer.
Here the client comes in through their own portal, approves what is theirs and receives their report. You stop forwarding things between tools.
The profile can change
You change it from the workspace settings the day your work changes: a creator who starts running other brands, an agency that keeps only its own accounts. Nothing is rebuilt and nothing published is lost.
If you are torn between two, pick the one that describes what you do today. The seven-day trial runs on your real networks, and that answers faster than any page can.
