The limits belong to the whole workspace, not to each person. If you run short, an add-on raises them without moving you to another plan.

Questions about pricing

How does the trial work?

You create the account, say whether you are an agency, a creator or a company, and start a 14-day trial on a real plan, with a card that is not charged until day 15 and that you can cancel before then. During those days you connect your accounts, schedule and approve exactly as you would afterwards. At the end you pick a plan; if you pick none, the workspace is locked and its connected accounts are released, but your content is not deleted and it opens again once you subscribe.

Can I change plan later?

Yes, from the subscription screen in your own workspace. The change applies straight away and the difference is prorated on your next invoice. Moving down asks one thing only: that you are already under the limits of the plan you are moving to.

What counts as a connected account?

Every profile you connect to a network counts as one connected account: an Instagram and a TikTok for the same brand are two. Disconnecting one frees it up for another brand. Ad accounts are counted separately, with their own limit.

What if I need more brands or more accounts?

Brands are not limited by the plan but by the connected accounts you pay for: every brand takes at least one, and a brand with several accounts takes as many as it has. With ten accounts and nothing connected there is room for ten brands; with nine connected on a single brand there is room for one more. To get more brands or more accounts you buy more connected accounts, with a bigger plan or with an add-on over the one you already have. Each add-on says which limit it raises and by how much, you buy it from your own account, and you can drop it when it stops being useful.

Is this what I charge my clients?

No. This is what GoFeed charges you for the workspace. What you charge each client is yours to decide, and if you run an agency you can issue those quotes and invoices from GoFeed, with your own numbering series and your own VAT.
